I did lift some stuff today too:
- Squat: 170/195/215x13
- RDL: 5x5 225
- Front Squat: 5x5 175
- BB Split: 4x5 155
- Wukong: 5x5
- Jump Squat: 5x5 265
I couldn't find a good song for tonight. Sorry, i guess nothing to see here really...Move along.
