Brunch Workout (5/3/1)
  • Deadlift: 245x5/275x3/295x6
  • Parallel Front Squat: 135 5x10
  • Situp: 4x25
Parallel Front to Situp, that's cool. I dig that. I didn't really go to brunch (woulda been nice) but you know, it wasn't really morning, wasn't really afternoon, ok, ok, you get where i'm going with this.
