Today had 5 people playing for about 1.5hrs at a pretty high level. Not quite as intense as squash, but still burning mad calories and I'm already aching.
What do you do to trim down when you're not building?

I've done everything from cut carbs (no fun!) to adding tabatas as finishers a few days a week. When I'm really feeling the need, I cut wine out of my diet, which, being Italian, sucks :)
ReplyDeleteDitto, usually jack up the finishers or i'll add a day that's just metabolic work (complexes/tabatas), cut cals and cut carbs. Seems to work ok.
